What About The Data Protection Act & Privacy Laws?
Because the Customer’s email address, payment data, address, telephone number and zip code are locked into the actual DVD or CD which they are purchasing, they become the actual OWNERS of the wormcoded product. The product is the property of the customer - along with the unique Worm©ode. As long as the customer respects copyright laws and does not copy, sell, rent or illegally syndicate/share the content, their customer information held inside the worm©oded content remains safe.
How Do I Worm©ode My Customer Details Onto DVDs and CDs?
Worm©ode is the Brainchild of British Film Director CHRIS EVERARD - who has been working in the broadcast, publishing and film industries for more than 25 years. Why has Chris invented Worm©ode? Because Chris owns the Enigma TV & Radio Network, Enigma Motion Pictures and has made ten feature length motion pictures - these have all been illegally broadcast on video sharing websites - more than 100 million times. Worm©ode can be added to existing DVD and CD stock - as long as it is supplied on unwrapped spindles. However, extra freight and handling charges of 9 cents per disc apply, in addition to the 11cents per disc cost of Worm©oding each disc according to the customer data supplied by your payment gateway provider.

Worm©ode Turnkey is an all-in-one tailored service which is offered in association with our OnLine Cyber Stores. Every single one of your products is added to our online CyberStore. How Does Worm©ode OnLine Work?
You pay an annual subscription to become a member of the Worm©ode OnLine scheme.
You will need to inform us of the titles of all your copyrighted works, using our online questionaire.
Once we have the titles of your copyrighted works, and you have signed a statement confirming in writing that you are most certainly the sole copyright owner of the named Content, Worm©ode OnLine Goes to work, searching the world wide web for illegal broadcasts of your Content.
When a clip which matches the title (or partial title) of your Content is discovered, the PERMALINK, WebPage name, Video/audio clip File Name and “docid” number of each clip is all saved into a SPREADSHEET which can be viewed online.
Subscribers can then simply click through the dynamically generated list of web pages and click a CONFIRM button which denotes that the clip you have selected is in actual fact your Content.
Once you have identified the unlawful Content, Worm©ode OnLine automatically contacts the Copyright Violator and sends a NOTIFICATION OF COPYRIGHT VIOLATION, which is dated and worded in such a way that it can be used later as evidence in a court of law.
Copyright Violators are then instructed - according to each Worm©ode client’s wishes to:
1. Publish an apology with a clickable link
2. Remove the offending clips
3. Redirect Internet Traffic from the unlawful content to the homepage or DVD sales page of the rightful Copyright Owner.
or
4. Remove and Deliver Up the clips for evidence.
Worm©ode OnLine will revisit the pages every 24 hours, to check if the links and/or titles of your Content have been removed.
Worm©ode OnLine will continue to monitor every web page where infringing content has been discovered.
If the Content is renamed and then re-uploaded, the offending web site is sent an automatic PERSISTENT OFFENDER message. This automatic message is presented in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and is also worded to comply with European jurisdictions and regulations such as the Copyright, Patents & Designs Act 1988 (United Kingdom).
